Please note: this Marantec model comes in two different frequencies (433.920 MHz and 868.300 Mhz). They look exactly the same except that for one, the entire casing is of one colour and for the other, the front side of the casing is of a different colour than the back. Please note:
- If the back is darker than the front, your remote has a frequency of 868.300 MHz (the model shown here).
- If the back is of the same colour as the front, your remote has a frequency of 433.92 MHz. Please see the model Marantec D302 433 .

The girl could not understand what I want although I repeated myself many times, she then sent me a manual which could not be opened and it took 2 emails for the correct pdf. this manual was of no help.
