« I received two remotes, neither could be programmed to my Wayne-Dalton iDrive door. I have had this problem before, when Wayne Dalton had a depot in Manchester. The service tech there wasa very helpful and relayed a procedure over the phone, I do not recall the procedure but everything worked fine. I am sure if I had rexceived the same assistance I would have been able to program these remotes however no tech assistance was available. If you cannot provide this kind of service I doubt that you would be much assistanc e to me. »
