If your remote control is black then the correct model is the Teleco TXP-433-A02, which is not compatible. The remote can also be delivered as a reference TVLINK fully compatible.

« The remotes I purchased do the job I want them to do, but there is a design fault which, it seems, you cannot deal with. Occasionally I have dropped my bunch of keys with remote fob included and three times in the last 2 years I have dropped my keys and caused damage to the backplate which holds the battery in place and the backplate breaks which means the fob no longer has the protection of the backplate. I did call your UK office to see if I could get some replacement backplates, but they said this was not possible. Surely as the fobs are manufactured your supplier could provide spare backplates. I'll bet I am not the only customer who has this problems. Please try to sort this for me. Many thanks »
