Please do not confuse the SOMMER 4020 remote control with the identical looking model from APERTO, the TX03-434-4. They are not compatible with each other. Before you order your new remote, please verify the brand of your remote control, which should be Sommer in this case. Check as well the colour of the LED light, which should be red.

« This purchase was a bad experience. The initial delay in delivery, that comes from France, not UK, was long and unacceptable. Then one of the 2 identical remotes that I ordered was ont the correct item. I returned it as requested and then there was a long delay in supplying the correct replacement, including the company saying that it had not been received some time after tracking showed that it had been delivered. This company clearly has a good and wide supply of remotes, but is service in fulfilling orders is very poor in my experience. »
