« I accidentally ordered two openers. I immediately e mailed you to cancel one of them but your reply said they had both been sent and I needed to return one and claim a refund. One arrived in a few days and I was informed the second one was coming about a week later. It could have been cancelled. Luckily my neighbour took the second one. The recording on your voice mail is in (I think) German. Not very helpful for someone in England who does not speak German!! Now, the promotions box on my e mail keeps telling me, after I have paid full price, I could have paid a reduced, special offer price. Product good. Service terrible!!! »
