Please verify the colour of the LED light on your remote control. The colour of the LED light is related to the frequency for this model. Remote controls with different frequencies are not compatible. Please verify that the LED light on your remote control is green. Furthermore, this remote control dos not have small internal programmable switches.
If the LED light is red and the remote control has internal programmable switches, then the correct model is the Dickert MAHS40-01.
This remote control replaces the FHS20-03, which has internal programmable switches.
« After taking delivery of my new remote control. I had difficulty programming it and still haven't managed it. I contacting your tech team and was told that I might have the wrong instructions in the packet and to check on line foir further information. The lady I spoke to said she couldnt help me any further, so now i have a remote that cost me money and is no use to me as I haven't got a clue how to program it. Your website said that i needed the one I ordered for the job, but the programming box is totally different..... i only bought it from you as your website said there would be help and support after the purchase if required. »
