Please note: please do not confuse this Cardin gate remote control with black or grey buttons (programmable without equipment using the switches) with the model which has fuchsia pink buttons and which can only be programmed using special equipment. Also, please do not confuse this model with the model Cardin S476-TX2, which has green buttons (frequency 433.920 MHz). Remote controls with different frequencies are not compatible.
« The service was frankly shocking - in fact, in the end, I was sent a refund instead of the goods and even when I objected to this you refused to send me the goods. I was informed that you had the product in stock, then discovered that the product was actually abroad, then when the delivery was made it was poorly tracked, then the help provided by your office and advise given was irrelevant. I am not sure why you have asked to review when you failed to deliver my goods - did you really expect a good review ?? Why would you advertise your goods in the UK when you dont even have the expertise to get the delivery past customs ? »
