« There was a bit of a mess up about the order I had ordered 2 different remotes 1 was not adiquate to change it took a long time I tried to called the telephone number you display on your website to clarify the matter but you never once answered the phone. I aventualy received the replacement but it all took a long time. Now I have lost the back of one of the remotes the lid what secures the battery and do not know how I can replace the part? Can you help?? Thank you. »
